It’s not just about the local MassKara anymore.

Fresh off Bacolod’s revelries during the annual festival, Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran went to recognize all other cultures and artworks centered on masks.

In fact, a global walkthrough of these mask decor reached a local mall. The politiko opened the International Mask Art and Culture Organization Exhibition at the SM City Bacolod right on Halloween, hoping to give people some spook.
