VG Ferrer: UNegA members may join KNP

POLITIKO - The bible of Philippine Politics.
Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer, also United Negros Alliance (UNegA) president, sees no problem if some of their members will join the Kilusang ng Nagkakaisang Pilipino (KNP).
KNP is headed by Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez.
Benitez has petitioned the Commission on Elections for KNP accreditation, and a decision is expected next month. (https://tinyurl.com/bmw7mfyh)
The political movement was formed by members of Congress and other elected officials supporting the Marcos administration, he said.
Ferrer said that “he is sure that many will go with Mayor Albee,” especially if the advocacy is good for the people, and Negros Occidental.
He also expects UNegA to remain intact and to form an alliance with any national party when elections come around.
