United front: Gwen Garcia wants solid nCoV response in Cebu
Governor Gwendolyn Garcia would not allow Cebu to look like a mess in handling the novel coronavirus.
The politiko is on alert after all three confirmed cases of the virus in the Philippines passed through the province. Her first instinct is to round up all agency heads and coordinate facts and strategies.
“We should all now work together and act together. And we will not issue separate statements because it can cause confusion to the general public who are now in a state of fear and panic. We need to be able to speak in one voice and to move in one direction,” Garcia said.
