The city government of Roxas has started apprehending people not wearing a face mask on public transport, government offices, and private establishments.
Mayor Ronnie Dadivas has deployed compliance officers to enforce the city ordinance requiring people to observe the wearing of face mask and face shield in public and physical distancing.
