Moises Padilla Vice Mayor Ella Celestina Yulo and her husband Felix Mathias Yulo III surrendered to the Bacolod City Police Office after being accused of illegal possession of firearms and explosives.
On August 20, Judge Cyclamen Jison Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 63 in La Carlota City issued an arrest warrant with no bail recommended against the Yulos for violation of Section 3 of Republic Act (RA) 9516.
The same judge issued another arrest warrant against the couple for RA 10591 or Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

Belying the accusations against her and her husband, the politiko said she will “face this because this is just political harassment.
“They planted the evidence. I will not run,” she added.
