Gwen Garcia is not letting the pandemic stop her from dressing up for the Sinulog festivities.

The Cebu governor donned a new white and blue dress that made her look even more stunning. She held on to the image of the Sto. Niño and danced in the open air without a mask.

While all Sinulog live events have been cancelled, the politiko isn’t letting go of tradition just because of the COVID-19 threat.

“Wearing a Philipp Tampus gown, which the designer created in less than 24 hours,” the politiko said.
