POLITIKO - The bible of Philippine Politics.

It’s a first in the festival’s history.

Politikos led by Bacolod Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran headed to sunny California in the United States to mark a fresh milestone for the city.

Joining Familiaran are Councilors Em Ang, Cindy Tan-Rojas, Caesar Distrito, Renecito Novero, Dindo Ramos, Bart Orola, City Administrator John Orola, Jean Ramos, Butchiek Gerasmo, Brenda C. Burdeos and Blyth Balbin.

The group organized a MassKara Festival in Long Beach in August, which is the first time when the colorful feast was held outside Bacolod.

More than promoting tourism, the politikos also got to showcase Pinoy cuisine and culture to the American community, and bring a sense of home to Filipinos there.

What a sight to behold!
