The city government of Lapu-Lapu donated motorcycles and mountain bikes to the city’s police force on Thursday.

Mayor Ahong Chan, Vice Mayor Celsi Sitoy, members of the city council, and LCPO city director Police Colonel Elmer Lim attended the turnover ceremony.

According to Chan, motorcycles and mountain bikes can help increase police visibility and deter criminal activity. (https://bit.ly/3Ioa1mG)

“They can also use it to respond to different police operations,” the city mayor added.

The city government donated four units of motorcycles and eight units of mountain bikes.
