Jerry Treñas thanks Ayalas for donations after oil spill
It’s their way of saying sorry to Ilonggos.
Ayala-owned AC Energy may have tainted Iloilo City’s waters with bunker fuel, but they are surely doing a good job making it up to the people.
The politiko gratefully received the boxes of aid from Ayala Foundation, which is made up of drinking water dispensers, water bottles, 1,500 food packs, 3,000 pieces of N95 face masks, medicines, folding beds, double burner stoves, and electric fans.
“I am glad for AC Energy for their kindness and generosity. They also donated boxes of corned beef and sardines to the evacuees of the affected residents of the oil spill incident at Brgy. Bo. Obrero. They also provided private doctors to assist our health workers from the City Health Office for the health and safety of the evacuees,” the politiko said.
