It’s time to party – but not in big groups, at least.

Mayor Evelio “Bing” Leonardia is no longer a party pooper after lifting the months-long liquor ban in Bacolod, just as the city shifts to the more relaxed modified general community quarantine this June.

The politiko finally released the much-awaited executive order allowing residents to go out and buy beer and booze again – with caution, of course.
