Infrastructure projects unveiled in Palompon, Leyte
Several “worthy” infrastructure projects have been formally opened and turned over to Palompon, Leyte led by Rep. Lucy Torres Gomez.
Series of Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies (RCC) were held last week in Palompon dubbed as “Shower of Blessings.”
The RCC opened with a mass held at the Palompon Terrestrial Eco-Adventure Park (PTEAP) in Brgy. Liberty.
The RCCs held in various venues marked the official opening and turn over of projects pushed by Rep. Gomez.
The lady solon was joined in by the city officials from the Ormoc City led by Mayor Richard Gomez, the Vice–Governor Carlo Loreto and Board Members Mesias Arevalo & Matt Torres.
Palompon Mayor Ramon Chu Oňate and Vice Mayor Georgina L Arevalo express gratitude for the projects, saying that it will help the town grow.
Projects opened includ the rides at PTEAP, the new school buildings at Palompon National High School, the PALOMPON Civic Center, the Tambis-Cambacbac pavement road and the Cantuhaon-Buenavista paved road.
