Inbound flights to Kalibo, Caticlan canceled until April 11
The country’s three leading airlines suspended incoming passenger flights from Manila and Cebu to Kalibo and Caticlan airports beginning April 5.
The suspension will be until April 11 unless sooner terminated or extended.
Philippine Airlines, AirAsia and Cebu Pacific issued travel advisories during the extension of the enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan, and Cavite. (https://bit.ly/3mrEowi)
The Civil Aeronautics Board also directed airline companies to suspend travel to Western Visayas due to rising Covid-19 cases in the Greater Manila area.
Meanwhile, military and government flights, cargo flights, flights to transport medical supplies and air ambulances will continue flying in and out of Kalibo and Caticlan airports.
