Gwen Garcia thanks Taiwan envoy for Odette aid

Gwendolyn Garcia personally welcomed Taiwan’s diploma to the Cebu Provincial Capitol.
Ambassador Peiyung Hsu, representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines, visited the governor this February.
Apart from commendations about her good work for typhoon relief, the envoy also committed two truckloads of building materials for displaced families.
Garcia also gifted to Hsu locally-made products as a gesture of thanks.
