The Cebu governor is bouncing back well after a bad fall at home last August. After several days of relying on a walker to move around, her recovery from a fractured hip seems to be picking up the pace.

She’s been spotted just relying on a cane to assist her steps as she stopped along Fuente Osmeña to buy balut, chatting with nurses and medical workers who were in the area.
