Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia has assured the Archdiocese of Cebu of the provincial government’s support in the upcoming quincentennial celebration of the Catholic faith in the country next year.
Garcia made the assurance to Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma during the latter’s visit to the Capitol where he and Fr. Mhar Vincent Balili presented the plans and programs of activities for the year-long celebration.
One of the activities next year is to highlight the different parishes in the province, the governor said. (https://bit.ly/390BREG)
