Guv: No liquor ban in Cebu

The governor, however, said drinking of alcoholic beverages in public places is prohibited. (https://bit.ly/2wAAoUX)
Those who are planning to have a drinking spree in a friend’s house will be arrested, she warned.
Meanwhile, Garcia again asked the public to refrain from going out of the house during the quarantine period.
On Wednesday, she issued Executive Order No. 5-N placing the province under ECQ effective immediately in a bid to fight against Covid-19.
