Gov Lacson launches legacy park in La Castellana
Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson recently led the launching of the 17-hectare legacy park at the Mandayao Waterfalls in Barangay Mansalanao, La Castellana.
He was joined by landowner Federico Infante Jr., La Castellana Mayor Rhumyla Nicor Mangilimutan, Provincial Environment Management Officer Danilo Amisola, and Provincial Tourism Officer Jennylind Cordero.

There will be tree planting activities after the signing of the memorandum of agreement, according to him.
The governor said that he hopes the development plan in the area will be realized.
“It will take a while… the provincial government will be developing this area, subject to availability of funds,” he said.
