Di lang turista: Teche Cho thanks Koreans who came to clean up Cordova
These Koreans aren’t just out to spend and be merry in Cebu.
Mayor Teche Sitoy-Cho had nothing but words of gratitude to these students from Daejeon University in South Korea. The ladies and lads flew to Cordova just for an immersion experience, where they found ways to help the local community.
The Korean students went to clean up some roads and even the local sports complex.
“Our friends from Korea, visited Philippines not just to relax and be an ordinary tourists. Most of them come to our country and town to extend help through cleaning and feeding children in various foundations,” Cho said.
“With that, I am so thankful that these Korean friends never get tired of helping our beloved town, Cordova.”
What a blessing!
