Despite COVID surge, Councilor Garganera not keen on city reverting to GCQ
Despite the huge spike in coronavirus (Covid-19) cases in Cebu City, Councilor Joel Garganera, the deputy chief implementer of the city’s Emergency Operations Center, is not keen on putting the city back under general community quarantine (GCQ).
Garganera said that he believes the city can “weather the storm” if residents cooperate.
“I don’t want to go back to GCG,” the councilor also said. (https://bit.ly/39e9EKo)
