Gwendolyn Garcia brought her A-game to the Sinulog sa Carmen culminating activity on Sunday, January 22.

The Cebu governor wore this Filipiniana gown with a balloon skirt as she took on her role as lead Sinulog dancer.

She looked so stunning that actors Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli looked underdressed beside her.
