Cebu Capitol workers to each get P30K in cash incentives
Around 2,000 regular and casual employees of the Cebu Provincial Government will receive up to P30,000 in cash incentives this month.
The financial incentives will be divided into three, according to Provincial Budget Officer Emme Gingoyon.
They will each get P15,000 worth of Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA), P10,000 in Service Recognition Incentives (SRI), and P5,000 in Productivity Enhancement Incentives (PEI). (https://bit.ly/2PmCoXi)
“The P5,000 will be paid not earlier than December 15 as well as the P10,000. The P15,000 CNA, on the other hand, is subject to the authorization of the PB then thereafter, to be approved by the governor,” said Gingoyon.
The official clarified that the close to 800 outsourced medical and non-medical personnel from LBP Services Corp. will not receive cash gifts or year-end bonuses from the Provincial Government because they are privately employed by the Manila-based firm.
Governor Gwendolyn Garcia, however, invited them to the Christmas party for all Capitol employees on December 20 at the Capitol Social Hall.
