One of the big-ticket projects identified was the bridge network that will connect three Visayan islands, namely, Panay, Negros and Guimaras, which costs a whopping P27.15 billion.

Other projects included in the pipeline are the rehabilitation of the Iloilo International Airport with a project cost of P30.4 billion and the P19.3-billion megadam project, the Panay River Basin Integrated Development project in Capiz.
