Bing Leonardia boasts of 266 minors vaccinated in one day

Bacolod City is off to a quick start in vaccinating minors with comorbidities against COVID-19. 

Mayor Bing Leonardia said the city logged the “highest number” of teens aged 12-17 who have received their first vaccine jabs on Friday, Oct. 29, with 266 shots given at the kickoff of the program.

“The other top performers after Bacolod City were the Manuel A. Roxas District Hospital (246), Gov. Faustino N. Dy District Hospital (226), and the City of Ilagan Medical Center (216), all in Isabela, Region 2,” the politiko said.
