Baronda deplores killing of three bizmen in Estancia town
Iloilo City Rep. Jam-Jam Baronda has strongly condemned the killing of three businessmen by riding-in-tandem men in Estancia, Iloilo Wednesday morning.
Chrysler Floyd Fernandez, John Paul Mark Bosque, and Mark Clarence Libao all died from multiple gunshot wounds at the Jesus Colmenares District hospital.
Authorities are looking at robbery or revenge as motives behind the incident.
“I condemn in the strongest possible terms the murders of Chrysler Floyd Fernandez of Barangay Jereos, La Paz; John Paul Mark Bosque of Barangay Lopez Jaena Sur, Lapuz; and Mark Clarenz Libao of Barangay Quintin Salas, Jaro,” Baronda said in a statement.
She urged the Philippine National Police and other law enforcement agencies to “leave no stone unturned” in their efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice as soon as possible.
The Ilongga solon also extended her sympathies to the bereaved families.
“I am with you in your quest to get to the bottom of this. We will seek justice together. My prayers are with you and your dear departed,” said Baronda.
