Mayor Evelio “Bing” Leonardia led the much-anticipated MassKara beauty pageant for this year’s month-long celebration.

Come coronation night, the politiko excitedly went on stage as the new queen was named. With him is no less than his wife, Elsa Leonardia, who helped bestow the crown and sash on the lucky lady.
