Albee urged to form Bacolod ZOD team
The Bacolod City Council is urging Mayor Albee Benitez to implement City Ordinance No. (CO) 995, which establishes the ZOD verification and certification team.
The city council cited the Department of Health’s (DOH) ZOD Program and health education campaign in a resolution passed last week.
Implementing ZOD in every barangay intends to motivate households to adopt sanitary habits to prevent illness, enhance their standard of living, and enhance community cleanliness, the measure stated. (https://bit.ly/3VkpYhP)

Furthermore, the City Health Office encourages and promotes ZOD in the aftermath of reported cases of food- and water-borne diseases in this city.
