3 Cebu towns vow to implement Gawad Kalinga feeding program

Three more Cebu municipalities have vowed to implement Gawad Kalinga’s (GK) school-based feeding program.

Samboan, Catmon, and Madridejos all signed up for the Kusina sa Kahimsug ug Pag-amuma (KKP), the local counterpart of GK’s Kusina sa Kalinga feeding program.

The project aims to end hunger as well as aid child development.

The KKP will provide free meals to 5,000 school children for 120 days.

San Remigio piloted the KKP project with 5,256 school children.
