VG Carlo Loreto plays tour guide to Albay officials who brought P200,000 donation to Leyte

The impromptu tour around Tacloban could never repay their generosity.

Vice Governor Carlo Loreto happily took these officials from Albay who flew all the way to Leyte just to hand in their donation worth P200,000 for the province.

Leyte is currently recovering from the wrath of Typhoon Yolanda in 2013, which was later on followed by the magnitude 6.5 earthquake that rocked the province in July.

Albay Governor Francis Bichara was quick to extend help to Leyte and sent these men to bring the check to the provincial government.

As a sign of gratitude, Loreto took the Bicolanos to a trip around Tacloban City.
