Richard Gomez explores Ormoc bay in submarine
Here is yet another item ticked off his bucket list!
Actor now Mayor Richard Gomez of Ormoc City had the once in a lifetime chance of riding a submarine off the waters of Ormoc City.
The politiko and adrenaline junkie could not help but stay ecstatic even after the ride on the $12-million submarine, which is aptly colored yellow.
A nod to the Beatles aside, Gomez actually marveled at the sight of the remains of the USS Cooper, a World War II battleship submerged 620 feet below sea level of Ormoc Bay.
