Duterte gets the prettiest welcoming committee in Leyte
Any flight is worth it as long as he gets to see these ladies at the tarmac.
President Rodrigo Duterte recently flew to Tacloban City in Leyte as he checked on the ground conditions there, following the wrath of typhoon Urduja which barreled through the region.
Despite the strong winds, sisters-in-law Congresswoman Yedda Marie Romualdez and Mayor Cristina Romualdez patiently waited by the arrivals area of the Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport just to personally welcome the President to their city. Governor Sharee Ann Tan of nearby Samar also came to form a trio as the welcoming committee.
Their warm smiles are definitely welcoming despite the situation.
